Topladığımız bilgiler
- Hesap bilgileri: E-posta ile giriş yaparsan e-posta adresin; Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsan sağlayıcının verdiği kullanıcı kimliği ve (paylaşırsan) e-posta adresin.
- Bebek profili: Eklediğin bebeğin adı, doğum tarihi ve cinsiyeti.
- Takip kayıtları: Besleme, uyku, bez, büyüme ölçümü, aşı ve doktor ziyareti kayıtları gibi uygulamaya girdiğin bilgiler.
- Ebeveyn davetleri: Bebek profilini paylaşmak için davet ettiğin kişinin e-posta adresi.
- Satın almalar: Premium ödemesi Apple üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Premium durumunu doğrulamak için RevenueCat kullanılır.
- Kullanım ve hata bilgileri: Uygulamayı geliştirmek için hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığı, cihaz platformu, uygulama sürümü, son kullanım zamanı ve uygulama hataları (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics ve kendi sunucumuz). Reklam yoktur, seni başka uygulama veya sitelerde takip etmeyiz.
Yapay zekâ önerileri
Yapay zekâ önerilerini veya sohbetini kullandığında; bebeğin adı, yaşı, cinsiyeti, günlük ortalama besleme, uyku ve bez sayıları ile sorduğun soru, yanıt üretilmesi için Groq'a gönderilir. Bu özelliği kullanmazsan bu bilgiler gönderilmez.
Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Bilgilerini yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanırız: kayıtlarını saklamak ve cihazların arasında eşitlemek, davet ettiğin ebeveynlerle paylaşmak, giriş kodu ve davet e-postaları göndermek, premium durumunu doğrulamak. Bilgilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.
Paylaşım
Bir bebek profiline davet ettiğin ebeveynler o bebeğin kayıtlarını görür. Bunun dışında bilgilerin yalnızca hizmeti sağlamamıza yardımcı olan sağlayıcılarla (sunucu barındırma, e-posta gönderimi, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google Firebase, Groq) ve sadece gerektiği kadar paylaşılır.
Saklama ve güvenlik
Uygulama ile sunucularımız arasındaki tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Oturum bilgileri cihazının güvenli depolama alanında tutulur. Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
Verilerini silme
Profil > Tüm verileri sil ile verilerini istediğin an silebilirsin. Hesabının tamamen silinmesi için bize e-posta ile ulaşabilirsin.
Çocuklar
BabyVo ebeveynler ve bakım verenler için tasarlanmıştır. Bebeğe ait bilgiler, hesabı oluşturan ebeveyn tarafından girilir; çocuklardan doğrudan bilgi toplamayız.

Information we collect
- Account: Your email address if you sign in with email; the user identifier provided by Apple or Google and (if you share it) your email address if you sign in with them.
- Baby profile: The name, date of birth and sex of the baby you add.
- Tracking records: Information you enter such as feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, vaccine and doctor visit records.
- Parent invitations: The email address of the person you invite to share a baby profile.
- Purchases: Premium is paid through Apple; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat is used to verify your premium status.
- Usage and diagnostics: Which features are used, device platform, app version, last activity time and app crashes, to improve the app (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and our own server). There are no ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
AI suggestions
When you use AI suggestions or chat, the baby's name, age, sex, daily average feeding, sleep and diaper counts and your question are sent to Groq to generate a response. If you don't use this feature, this information is not sent.
How we use information
We use your information only to run the app: storing your records and syncing them across devices, sharing them with parents you invite, sending sign-in code and invitation emails, and verifying your premium status. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Parents you invite to a baby profile can see that baby's records. Otherwise, your information is shared only with providers that help us run the service (server hosting, email delivery, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google Firebase, Groq), and only as much as needed.
Storage and security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Session tokens are kept in your device's secure storage. Your data is kept for as long as your account is active.
Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time from Profile > Delete All Data. To delete your account entirely, contact us by email.
Children
BabyVo is designed for parents and caregivers. Information about the baby is entered by the parent who creates the account; we do not collect information directly from children.
